From outside, the stars were absolutely amazing; however, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the view from inside the bubble because the clear plastic area was a bit foggy, likely due to wear and tear, and it didn’t clear despite cleaning. "This was honestly a 5 star stay. The staff was amazing- they were personable, attentive, and overall just made you feel very welcomed. Usually I don’t care for all inclusive resort food, but I really really enjoyed the food here. Everything was flavorful and abundant. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and it was done very very nicely. There was a lot of thought and effort that was put in for the guest to enjoy themselves. It seems to me that the resort takes good care of its employees and it shows. I would stay here again without hesitation. "
