"The hotel was centrally located . Easy shopping and lots of dinning options around. The only comment is the AC in the suit kept turning off as if on timer which I had to wake up every 1-2 hrs to push the bottom back on. "

"This was our third visit to Stresa and our second visit this summer, but our first at this hotel. The staff were professional and friendly from check in and throughout our stay. The hotel is in prime position for lake access and for strolling into town. Gardens, pool area outside, indoor pool and spa facilities were all excellent and well maintained. "Really enjoyed this hotel. Have a nice bar that you can also access from outside. Beautiful beach and pool area. It is about a 12 minute walk to the ferry. And sometimes it can be slightly noisy. My neighbor kept me up fighting with her boyfriend. Finally called down to the desk and they had it resolved in less than 5 minutes. My friends also got their laundry washed by hotel. So that was a great service. Lots of cruise liners (Viking) use that hotel. Again quite beautiful. "
