Top Sabiepark Hotel Reviews

Kruger Gate Hotel

Kruger Gate Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"I had a wonderful stay at the Kruger Gate Hotel. The room was very nice and very comfortable with a lot of storage. The breakfast was good and the dinner buffet outdoors was excellent with many different local dishes, and amazing ambience with the fire pits and the local singers as well as the hotel staff singing โ€˜happy birthdayโ€™ to guests. The game drives arranged though the hotel were amazing and we saw all the Big 5 and many of the other animals and birds as well. The spa was wonderful as well. The infinity pool and viewing deck are truly amazing. As the hotel borders the Kruger National Park, we were regularly visited by elephants, nyala, water buck, and some hippos as well as a croc could be seen. The truly amazing allure to this property, however, is the staff. I cannot say enough good things about everyone. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Special requests were honored with diligence. I would definitely book this property again."

Kruger Shalati - Train on the Bridge and Garden Suites

10/10 Excellent
"An incredible experience from beginning to end. After the post-booking questionnaire on my favourite tipple, my expectations were high for the upcoming trip to Shalati. Those expectations were exceeded in the superior level of service, quality of food/drink, the room and the overall Shalati experience. The included game drives were great, knowing in advance that luck plays a significant part in what you see or don't see. My thanks and appreciation to Angel, Mzwandile and Tenashe for making the stay so memorable."

Rhino Walking Safaris

Rhino Walking Safaris

10/10 Excellent
". A very private location in the bush. Staff: friendly and very efficient. Very clean and well-organized rooms: warm duvets, scented linens, a full bathroom courtesy set, a flashlight for the night, and insect repellent spray are provided in the room. The cuisine is amazing: tasty, well-cooked, hot, and beautifully served. The guide is very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. An intense holiday experience in a magical setting. There are only four very large tents, and they are well-distributed in the bush. Everyone dines at a table together. The table is set with white, well-ironed tablecloths, and the glassware is worthy of a fine dining establishment."

"The complex has an excellent restaurant with great views of wildlife and the service was exceptional. The Gym was very good and its equipment was pristine. Our Boma was very private and it had nice views of various species of wildlife walking by every afternoon as they made their way into the bush for the evening."

10/10 Excellent
"Kruger park was only about 20 minutes away by drive. All of the staff were wonderful. So friendly. Whatever you wanted, they would get for you. I couldnโ€™t single out one staff member because they were all perfect. The suites are gorgeous and spotless with a wonderful view of the Sabe River. The food was excellent and so plentiful. I couldnโ€™t think of a better place to stay to get to Kruger and experience the game drives. The drivers were excellent and it was easy to see their love for the animals and nature of South Africa. Highly recommend."
