"We got here a little early about 11:49am) and asked to use the restroom, then we would come back later. I did explain that we did have a room booked. The lady just said no, barhroom was being cleaned. I could see the bathroom and it was not being cleaned. I think she should have asked for my i.d. , and once confirmed reservation, we use restroom. This was disappointing. However, when we did check in, it was a different staff person and she was amazing. Polite, respectful, charming.
