This is my 3rd stay here and honestly I’m never disappointed. Always clean and staff is always caring and very friendly. The TV in my room would turn on but didn’t notice until about 10 pm and staff came did a quick replacement to ensure we enjoyed our staff. Would recommend to anyone that’s visiting the area. Only downfall is that continental breakfast is not free but everything else is amazing.

Housekeeping did the bare minimum. I lifted up a paper and it was stuck to the desk. It was a sticky film underneath where housekeeping did not clean. Other areas showed neglect of where housekeeping got lazy.

Never seen a rack over the single sink with a mirror 3 feet away and it’s about 12” wide and 4 foot long, shower sounds like had a motor and the bottom water divider didn’t work most of the water was coming out from the bottom instead of shower head, that is another bad experience with the hotel chain company

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, but there were several things that made the visit less than pleasant. The sofa bed mattress was stained and the extra blanket was dirty. The phone didn't work in our room and there were stains on the comforter. There was also tape and hair stuck to one of the paintings.

Horrible cleanliness and not at all responsive to cleaning requests. Our bedsheets weren’t cleaned from the previous guests visit and was badly stained. My security deposit wasn’t refunded either.

We liked the proximity to the American Dream mall. The staff were very polite and friendly and the rooms were clean. The waterfall shower head was also a plus.

On behalf of our entire staff, we thank you for your business and for your rating regarding our hotel. We greatly appreciate the time you've taken to rate our hotel and we look forward to your next visit.
The room was generally clean and the bed was comfortable. We. went for breakfast in the restaurant and at first there appeared to be nobody there and we had to wait to be seated. Food options were limited and I ended up with a couple of fried eggs and a dried out piece of Ham. To say the least, we never went back.
The lobby had no free coffee, and offered some fruit for $3.
It was disappointing stay and we won't stay there again.

When I arrived the sheets were dirty and the garbage wasn’t emptied. The housekeeper took care of those things immediately.
