"Disappointed with the room. The TV was low quality and had to ask the staff to fix it repeatedly. The toilet was situated so you had to sit sideways. You had to be a small person to be able to sit straight because your knees hit the shower wall."

"Service was impeccable with staff very friendly. Our room was beside the water with great view of the small island across the bay. Food in restaurant was excellent; better than i would expect in any hotel. Room rates are high but everything about our stay made it worth it."

"Daily housekeeping service kept the room clean, a fable chair needed repair/replace. Beautiful room. Overall staff was friendly and attentive. Only blip on service was the shuttle. Initially some confusion w/pickup time in Old Town. Evening shuttle driver not friendly at all. We had an interior room which faced the pool and heard music until about 9pm. Really no big deal. Easy access to Smather"s Beach across the street. Overall enjoyed our stay. "

"Good location and proximity to the main attractions in Key West. Hotel has a free shuttle that runs to Key West historic seaport every hour. A nice restaurant and a pool bar on premises. Attentive and cordial staff. Rooms are pretty basic but all have balconies and some of them large enough to accommodate 3 lounge chairs. Do not get a room facing the pool. Although it has a nice view of the marina, you will have a difficult time sleeping due to incredibly noisy roosters that start yapping at 3am and don’t stop until 7. Staff will not help you with it as these birds are protected by state. "

"It was a very beautiful hotel with a marina. There were 6 pools and they were great! All were heated and they were very attentive with the food, towels, drinks etc. The restaurant was good too but limited. I wish that their hours were a bit longer. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the keys. Wish that there was a lock on the bathroom and a mirror in the bedroom area. Staff was friendly and the maid staff was exceptional. We would definitely come back."
