They go above and beyond with everything they do, from the complimentary airport/bus terminal pickup to the warm reception (greetings & welcome drinks), to the ambiance /architecture (simple yet classy), the food and the facilities - everything is top notch.

"The rooms are gorgeous with high-end items like Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg kettle and Dyson hairdryer. The breakfast service was super slow. There’s no outside security gate like at some of the larger hotels. I had a problem with lots of interruptions to my room (I think the guy in the room next to me was a diva and the hotel staff kept coming to my door rather than his). The staff were super helpful. "I booked this hotel through Hotel.com and I was charged for the whole booked nights in advance, but when I got to the property the reception checked and said they don’t have my reservation in their system and asked me to pay in cash if I want to stay there. I explained to them that I had already paid for 4 nights through Hotel.com, how come you ask me to pay for the second time in cash. But they didn’t let me stay there and I had to leave there and find another hotel.
