"Very nice hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. The drinks are unlimited but they're not really good. The food is very good in general, the rooms are wide and comfy. The bed is a little too soft, feels like a water bed. The spa inside the hotel has very good prices and is honestly excellent. The facilities by the beach are worn out and makes it a little uncomfortable, but it's still a very good hotel to spend a couple days. "

"From waiting in front of the hotel ungreeted for someone to pickup my luggage, to poor room selection. Tasteless repeated food menu. Faulty elevators with no door sensors. "Very nice place. Food was excellent and variety was great. Very nice staff and many employees to help out with any need we had. Property is in great shape and one of the things we liked to was that the marina was in the same hotel so if was so convenient to take a day tour to do snorkeling and get back and be just a few steps away from your hotel. I would definitely recommend this property for everyone including families with kids, friends or couples."
