"We had a pleasant experience at Prima life during our family trip. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a spacious rooms, large pools for both kids and adults, and a beautiful layout with plenty of greenery to walk around . Really eye catching. The main restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty food, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay and I hope they will keep same level service all the time There are a few areas where improvements could make the experience even better: 1. The à la carte service could be improved in terms of quality and time organisation. 2. Adding upgraded water slides or an aqua park near the beach would be a fantastic enhancement, especially given the great sea view and available space and guest will pay extra for it without a doubt. 3. If possible removing the stones at the sea entrance would make it much safer, particularly for children. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, especially if the pricing remains reasonable. With a few improvements, it could easily become an outstanding destination. "Sea view with a balcony is a must 👌"

"The room was clean upon arrival and had plenty of room. I liked the walkout balcony, it could have used a better rack to hang stuff to dry but it did have a small one. The beach was nice, lots of places to lay down and enjoy the view. Towel exchange was easy and didnt feel like anyone was trying to steal my towel when left to swim or grab a drink. The pool was good, and nice to be able to grab a drink there. The food was pretty good and so was the juice. James and Mac diving was great and had very professional staff. The guides were very friendly and did a good job explaining the dives to me in english as the whole group was german. I appreciated them spotting interesting things to see during the dive too. The late evening events were decent too aswell as the drinks. "

"Overall the hotel was amazing and the staff went out of the way to make you feel welcome, my only suggestion would be a better selection of snacks, the food was limited to the same thing and the food was like warm, other than that I was over the moon with the hotel "

" Merveilleuses vacances au bord de la mer Rouge Nous avons passé, mon épouse et moi, un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’établissement est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et disposent même d’une petite cour intérieure bien protégée, idéale lorsqu’il y a du vent. Le personnel est remarquable : toujours souriant, attentionné et soucieux du bien-être des clients. Un grand merci à Monsieur Pappu pour la qualité du restaurant : la cuisine est excellente et nous avons dîné avec plaisir chaque soir. Mention spéciale également à Monsieur Maher Sadek pour l’organisation d’une superbe surprise à l’occasion de nos 30 ans de mariage — un moment inoubliable. La plage est très grande, avec des espaces bien aménagés et suffisamment espacés pour se sentir à l’aise. Les amateurs de plongée seront ravis : un magnifique spot avec un jardin de corail se trouve à proximité. Félicitations aussi à Ahmed Nagy pour la gestion irréprochable de cet hôtel. Nous recommandons cet établissement à 100 % et espérons revenir bientôt"
