"I do not recommend this property specially for old people. The bathrooms are not suitable at all. The stairs from the reception to the rooms are unsafe. No air conditioning in summer where the weather is too hot. The roads surrounding the property are not comfortable for walking because of their steep slopes. The staff was friendly. "

"This pensione-style accommodation is an authentic Ottoman era house right on the doorstep of the Old Town. The room was very small and the ensuite was cramped which made for a claustrophobic feel, but the hosts were very friendly and one night gave me a free meal! And the position was perfect, I think fine for a one-night stay but beyond that there are better options."

"I love when you book at a Hilton property and know it will live up to the standard one expects. We arrived later in the evening and after a full day of driving and sightseeing, it was lovely to be able to know everything would clean and comfortable.
The room was well designed, confortable sheets and bed (though it was a small double and not a queen or king). Crabtree and Evelyn shower products. Lovely view.

"This was my second time staying here. I made Safranbolu a stop on my trip just so I could stay at Efe Guest house for a few days. The hospitality and the kindness of the owners are beyond exceptional. The house is well-kept; the terrace on the top floor where breakfast is served is so peaceful and offers a lovely view. The breakfast is good.
