"The hotel areas are clean and modern. Our room was very run down, almost stuck in the 90s era with the decor. I try to pull out my charger from the socket and the whole socket came out the wall. Breakfast was lovely, staff really helpful. Great location I would just recommend updating the rooms."
"This property was in the best location for visiting Andorra. It was a 15 min walk from the bus stop and located on the river where the weekend light and laser show is done.
All shopping, attractions and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The laundry service was fast and reasonable. It cost 25 euros for their generous sized laundry bag and it was returned within hours. Amazing!
The tourist information center was one block away. They were very helpful providing a walking tour (2 euro) and information on the buses to the next village."
"Great room, good price, nice location between old town and the river. Clean and quiet. Even had a little seating area in the room. Skip the restaurant - it was overpriced and food was nothing special."
"We stayed for 2 nights. Immediately when we got to the room it was hot and WiFi was not working in the room. Someone was sent to fix air con it cooled down a bit but never to the desired temp and WiFi never worked in room. Went downstairs next morning and complained about WiFi again and they said they had trouble with it on 5th floor and when we got back we could move rooms. Changed rooms and air con was much colder and WiFi worked. Just not sure why they didn’t move us to a floor with working WiFi to begin with. So that was disappointing."
"Very clear is not private parking you need parking in the street and pay. It is not a big deal but for us was because we arrive with reservation at 11 pm and 7 suite cases parking outside was very hard. I did the reservation because was clear about private parking. I ask the staff and he said the parking is full something I did not believe. It is not private parking."
"The property is beautiful and the staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Walking from the property to the Main Street in town was fast and easy through the parking garage shortcut. Andorra is a magical place."
