"Warm welcome at Reception. Room was very clean. Restaurant staff were extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful. We ate at hotel on first evening and had a fine meal. Breakfast were sheer delight. Buffet and continental options were plentiful. Options for cooked breakfast were cooked freshly to order and excellent. On checking out we were able to leave our luggage until our taxi arrived."
"I stayed for 3 nights and never once had cleaning staff come to the room. I left towels on floor as per the sign in bathroom and they were still there when I returned. The sheets were never changed either.
The restaurant is overpriced for poor food, I had a funky tasting sausage one morning and mentioned it to waiter. He took my plate and disappeared. Never returned.
The staff are really friendly though. "
"On arrival we were told the pool wasn’t open yet, which was a shame. Check in was good and quick. On entering our room it looked amazing very spacious & bathroom was large and looked amazing. Bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Staff were attentive.
On using the shower the following morning it looked amazing but the rain shower part of it didn’t work which only left a pull out shower which wasn’t very tall and not a lot of pressure. Also the bathroom had a lot of lights but only one switch so when it was on it was very bright. "
"The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good parking on site. Room a little outdated but very comfortable. We had breakfast incl. again you could order anything off the menu , change it up or add extras to it. Really good food. One night we had dinner here again food was amazing and service was excellent."
"Couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Whatever you asked for, it was no trouble at all. Our room was fine with a balcony that overlooked the harbour. Plenty to eat at breakfast. You can start with continental and then have a cooked meal if you want. The only drawback for us was the number of steps and sloping paths/ roads you need to negotiate to reach the hotel. That said, we would recommend this hotel."
"The husband and wife who run this Inn are extremely friendly, helpful and hardworking. The accommodation was spotless and breakfast lovely. They go the extra mile to make everyone feel at home. Would not hesitate in recommending as a great place to stay in Guernsey."
