"The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !"

"The cottage was very quiet and remote yet the road is no problem at all. It has a stunning view and there’s a walk route where you can explore nearby villages and farm. The cottage owner was friendly and accommodating. She prepared freshly baked scones, milk, coffee, tea, sugar ready on our arrival. She checked on us as well twice to make sure we’re okay. "We had two rooms on different floors, one was in better shape than the other. The rooms were big, but the reading lights by the bed were to far from the -comfortable - bed, so didn’t fit the purpise. There was an easy chair by the window, but no table next to it to put a glass or cup. No rack or hook in the bathroom for the lovely big and fluffy towel. So good, but annoying details that weren’t right. Housekeeping wasn’t really good, either, coffee or tea not replaced, toiletries missing or not replaced, bath tub not cleaned in 4 days"
