J'ai été retenu lors de la restitution de mes clées car la receptionniste ne trouvait soit-disant la trace de mon réglement ceci sans aucun retenue devant tous les clients dans le hall !! Alors que sa collègue, lors de mon arrivée avait validé mon réglement Aucune décence Compte bien débité perte d'une heure sur mon timing car j'ai été patient devant leur manque de professionnalisme bien que la prestation hotelière soit très honnête je n'y retournerait pas

Hôtel situé au calme. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec une bonne literie. Propreté laissant à désirer dans la salle de bain : cheveux au sol dont un gros tas derrière la porte. Petit déjeuner très moyen , pour ma part, peu de choses me donnait envie et n’étaient pas très bon non plus.

Hotel 4. Étoiles, bof, bof.

J’étais pas satisfait de cet hôtel, c’est un vieux hôtel de plus de 40 ans où il y a aucune Restauration qui a été fait depuis plus de 40 ans les Fauteuil sont déchirés. Le carrelage s’enlève à la piscine. Ce n’est vraiment pas4 étoiles peut-être il y a 40 ans, mais pas d’À ce jour y a même pas une étoile le personnel est sympathique. Je pense que aussi il sont déçu de l’état de leur Hotel. Comme c’est un groupe accord ils font que du bénéfice et pas d’investissement.

Le personnel de l’hôtel laisse les enfants courir dans les couloirs et les groupes garder leurs portes ouvertes pour communiquer ensemble (du coup avec les autres aussi). La piscine n’a pas de pédiluve rempli (du coup sable dans l’eau). Parasol cassé. On vous dit à peine bonjour le matin (job étudiant) Savon vide dans la douche, on en demande, on nous donne de la lotion. Chasse d’eau qui continue à couler si vous n’appuyer pas plusieurs fois sur le boutons. Point positif la propreté de la chambre

Nous venons très régulièrement dans la région et nous séjournons toujours au novotel. C'est très sympa de voir que le personnel se souvient de vous Les chambres ont été refaites Le message est très bien fait ! La wifi fonctionne parfaitement la taille des chambres est tres correcte !
