"This is our regular stop on our travels and for 1 night stop it's great. The Eco hotel has no staff and the check in is actually in the next door hotel/ restaurant. It is only a few meters away and no problem. The lady at the reception is very kind, helpful and always looks after us and our elderly doggy when we check in and pop.in for dinner.
Room is decent size, bed is fine( could so with 2 pillows each) and really wish there would be coffee/ tea facilities. "
"Our room and bathroom were not clean. Even worse than that the bathroom had a terrible smell and its ceiling is covered with mold. I had a stuffy nose, sore throat and headache throughout the night, as common symptoms of very toxic mold. This hotel needs to have toxic mold remediation. On a side note the pics on hotel.com are not true to the reality. "
"Very friendly and helpful staff. We eat dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and the food and service was excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good. A wonderful selection of cheeses and lots of coffee. We would recommend this hotel, 5 stars!!"
"The hotel was basic but clean. The staff were helpful. Rooms were small and functional, beds comfortable. Decor a little tired but in all, we had a pleasant stay. The area is really lovely. Gorges Du Tarn, St Enimie and the caves are an absolute must if visiting the area for the 1st time! "
