Les photos lors de la réservation ne correspondaient vraiment pas à ce qu'on a eu. Ça paraissait plus récent sur les photos (rénové) alors que c'était très vieillot, manque d'entretien et malpropre."

"If I had known that the rooms don’t have individual thermostats, or heating, I wouldn’t have booked. I called front desk for assistance with room heat, staff said they’d come show me, only to arrive and tell me it’s A/C only. Staff told me it was hot & summertime so heat wasn’t necessary. Outside temp was barely 40 and inside felt not much warmer. I shivered all night long. Staff member had attitude when I asked or extra blankets, they arrived with cigarette holes in them. Very over priced and out dated. Water temperature during shower would continuously fluctuate. Also, I was told check out was 12, staff woke me up at 10:20 and had me leave early. I would not recommend this place"

"Le bain à remous est tellement chaud qu’on se brûle en entrant. Lors de notre seule journée, jlai vu une dizaine de personnes qui auraient voulu profiter de ce bain à remous mais quand il se mettait un pied à l’eau il sortait aussitôt. J’ai avisé la réception mais rien n’a été fait. Le bain à remous doit être à 95 degrés maximum et il était à 100 degrés Farenheith."
