"It’s a decent hotel residence about 30 mins away from Annecy. Quiet and safe. The biggest advantage is working air conditioning in the summer because it gets hot and you need it. Staff is very accommodating as well. Underground parking is good but tight spaces make it a bit difficult to park. Breakfast options are average (good thing is you at least get boiled eggs). Price is a little on the higher side which we felt is not justified. "

"It was a pleasant stay, good clean room and facilities were clean. The desk attendants were very pleasant and helpful. It also was in a great location close to a park for the kids, a grocery store many restaurants and about a ten minute walk to downtown. Close to the tram lines as well"
