Not Ideal for couple with children

The stay was okay. We were their to sleep at night. Rooms were clean but were small. Ideal room size for couple with no children or a single person. The rooms are not ideal for a family with child or children. The hotel offer a family room with single beds. However, you have to use a shared toilet and bath because there is no toilet or bath on a family room with three single beds. Breakfast is a buffet with mixture of butter , jams, chocolate spread, toast, cereals and croissants with tea and coffee. One of the service assistant in morning at front desk will benefit from being more friendly. I paid the cost for three person (two adult and child) breakfast. He was questioning me on why three people staying in a double room with toilet and shower, and why i am taking breakfast for three people Because the room is booked for two people. I showed him the booking from Hotels.com website with booking for three people including breakfast. You have to pay for Towels

Parking area outside hotel was good. Double Room was very small and basic with clean bedding for 2 people. However we booked private bathroom which was very small and provided us with 2 hand towels to use after shower for our 2 night stay!!

Bonjour a notre arrivée nous avons étais accueilli moi et ma fille par le monsieur de l'accueil je souhaite a le dire il as étais très accueillant avec nous , nous a sorti des jeux de société, quelqu'un de très aimable merci a lui car des la nuit tout a changer des bruits tapage nocturne a 23 h et a 5 h 30 des bruits énorme dans l'hôtel même mon voisin de chambre est sorti , j'arrive a 7h 30 pour déjeuner un autre mr a l'accueil peux aimable et son téléphone portable sur youtube en mode le son étais très fort pas de respect pour les clients ! Malheureusement je ne reviendrai pas dommage car la première personne a l'accueil nous as très bien accueilli toujours avec le sourire . Elina

Juste bien faire attention ne pas se tromper le formule 1 se trouve à St Étienne de Rouvray 25 rue des Canadiens derrière une station de lavage auto et non pas à Rouen où il existe aussi un 25 rue des canadiens mais c'est une usine. Très bien situé au calme même si une grande route est juste à côté... Pas loin des transports et le personnel au Top. Prévoir aussi le nécessaire de toilette si vous prenez une chambre simple. Les douches et les toilettes nickel. Je reviendrai

Accueil et personnel sympa, chambre correct. Mais les résidents n'ont aucun tacts. Jusqu'à 1h-2h du matin ça rigole, ça parle fort et musique a fond. Un soir dans mon couloir ça sentait très fort le shit. Le matin vers 4-5h tout mon couloir se fait réveillé par des lève tôt qui veulent s'assurer haut et fort qu'ils n'ont rien oublié. Malgré la gentillesse du personnel je suis parti bien plus tôt le matin de mon départ. Impossible de se reposer. Pour des nuits blanches je vous le conseil !

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec mon petit chien. L'établissement est très propre, l 'accueil par le réceptionniste est professionnel et chaleureux. Merci pour le chocolat. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. En revanche, la literie est épouvantable.

Il est fort dommage quand j ai réservé sur expédia qu il n était pas précisé que la douche et les wc étaient communs, dans le couloir. Donc très surprise et mécontente par expédia. Je ne passerais plus jamais par expédia pour réserver.
