"Fantastic location in the pedestrian village and a very short walk to the gondola, which took you directly to the ski lifts. There was penty of secure, indoor on-site parking in the garage below the hotel (for a fee). The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and gave lots of great suggestions for restaurants. The room was wonderful and included a cozy gas fireplace and a full kitchen. The hot tub has great! Immediately nextdoor to the hotel is free ice skating."

"We travelled with our 3.5‑year‑old and really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the pool, which was a big reason we chose this hotel. It was open on our first day, though it didn’t seem very clean, and by the second day it was closed. Each day we checked in with staff and were told it would reopen “tomorrow,” but unfortunately it never did for the rest of our stay. Since the pool was an important part of why we booked, we’d really appreciate a discount or some form of compensation. Other than that, everything was lovely and we had a great time."

"Excellent value and friendly staff who were kind enough to let me use my rusty French without automatically switching to English. We didn't use it, but I noticed they have a shuttle to the hill. My son had a blast on the waterslide and the hot tub was nicer than the one at the more expensive place we stayed at on the resort. Definitely recommend. "
