"Pre-arrival communications were excellent, booking a cinch and check-in a breeze. The room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable, but they should get rid of the carpet. Lighting fixtures were also a bit clunky. Suggestion: Get rid of the alarm clock! Put a USB device charging station instead. ..."
