The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...

"From the location, just off the ring road roundabout, you would not think of this hotel - and what a treat you would miss. "Hotel is excellent; has off road parking and two large sitting areas, one interior and one exterior. Owners were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us; very friendly. Sadly, there was only one other person there and this was in the middle of August. We just loved the multi coloured rooms: very different and refreshing.
