Gite bien placé au calme et propre, travaux urgent

Gite qui pourrait être très recherché de part son calme et sa situation, sa disposition et sa surface. Mais seulement lorsque son propriétaire aura fait les travaux d'amélioration de son habitat. Équipements vieillots (cuisine, salle bains), pas d'aspirateur, de machine à laver le linge etc.. Trop peu de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de table et de chaises pour les terrasses. Et surtout pas de Wifi qui était pourtant prévu au contrat Très déçu par la prestation actuelle, mais je reste sur ma position du début: qu'il ne faudrait pas grands travaux pour rendre ce gite très agréable !!!
