Convenient location (if you have a car), not far from Paris, near Saint-Germain and Chambourcy Very easy access too

Just a short overnight stay - the bed was comfortable, shower worked and the breakfast was good. The room was run down and the floor not overly clean and it didn’t smell so great. It served its purpose but I would probably avoid next time.

Dinners and breakfasts were just great. Unexpectedly so. enjoyed the quite on the garden side.

The place was in need of repairs. Bedding clean but apartment itself a bit smelly. Ev charges great but blocked all but on with coach so difficult to use. Good good but breakfast very basic.

We stayed 2 nights. The first night was good, clean fresh room but when we went back to our room after it had been cleaned the 2nd day, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The person who had cleaned our room had clearly been smoking in our room which was most unpleasant. I wish we had asked them not to clean our room. What was a good experience the first night, turned into a poor experience the 2nd.

Worse hotel I ever stayed

We booked nights, but we had to check out after 2 days because we got a "better " room with a terrible smoke smell absorbed in the carpet, beds, and walls. The hotel refused to repay us for the 3 nights we haven't stayed. The hotel is very old, and the maintenance and condition of the rooms are terrible. The rooms are dirty, the shower is leaking, etc. We were given spray to try and overcome the bad smell in the room which didn't help at all. Avoid this hotel.

Les points positifs : literie et eau chaude Pour le reste : L’accès à l’accueil obstrué par un gros chien vert (?), l’accueil assuré par une personne avec des écouteurs aux oreilles, un hôtel vétuste, des chambres hors d’âge, une propreté laissant à désirer, un petit-déjeuner hors de prix… Classé 3 étoiles lol

Petits dejeuners payés mais machine a café en panne donc débrouillez vous. Menu du soir proposé mais plus rien n est disponible. Un doute également sur les demoiselles qui prennent les chambres en journées.....

État général de l’hôtel vétuste. Peintures à refaire. Salle de bain sale : serviettes tachées, robinetterie/chrome plein de tartre, dévidoir à savon sale, poussiéreux, rideau de baignoire moisi, plinthes sales. Lunette de toilettes sans cache pour les attaches. Très bas de gamme pour soit disant 3 étoiles. Lamentable.

C'est la première et dernière fois malheureusement. Cet hôtel pourtant bien situé a absolument besoin d'être refait. Odeur d'humidité et de moisis dans les chambres. Joints de la salle de bain moisis. Ménage non fait ou très mal fait(serviette tachées)(rideaux sales).

Perfectible

Accueil sympathique mais chambre manquant de propreté et avec quelques dégradations. Pas de savon au lavabo et quand on prend une douche la salle de bain se transforme en pataugeoire. Au final séjour pas désagréable mais chambre largement perfectible.

Une hôtesse très désagréable et de mauvaise foi. La chambre n’était pas prête à 14:00. (14:50). Quand j’ai demandé qu’est ce que je fais ? Attendre ou bien . Elle m’a dit oui je dois attendre. Le soir en sortant j’ai demandé un dommage, elle a refusé et c’est sa collègue qui m’a proposé de retarder ma sortie de 50mn. En plus de ça elle ne m’a pas rendu ma monnaie. Elle me dit qu’elle l’a fait juste après le paiement. Quand le l’ai invité à visionner les caméras je l’ai senti hésitante et quand je lui ai demandé combien elle m’a rendu, elle affirme 0,55€alors qu’elle me devait 1,52€. C’est un signe de mauvaise fois et à aucun elle ne s’est excusée. La chambre était sale car la femme de chambre l’a fait à l’arrache parce que j’étais là. Je l’ai finalement libéré vers 11:00. Et je ne compte ps y retourner. Merci
