"La chambre était spacieuse et propre. L’emplacement était bon, tout près de la plage et à environ 20 minutes de marche de la vieille ville. Points négatifs : le bruit provenant de la rue, difficile de profiter du balcon car on ne s’entend pas parler. Également nous avons demandé à la réception de nous commander un taxi au départ et ils ont commandé un transport privé à prix fixe ( plus élevé qu’un taxi) sans nous aviser"

"A perfect blend of what I needed - lovely and quality furnishings but not over-the-top or with services I don't use. Great bed and pillows, perfect A/C, a nice balcony overlooking the park and a bit of sea view (this is preferable over all sea view as it is more tranquil). It is on the bottom floors of a building that contains Le Meridian on the top floors, so location is the same. No pool, no spa, but I didn't need. Right across from the beach and close to everything on all sides (promenade, park, Old Town, shopping, even #12 bus to the airport, which is about $2 vs a $60 cab). Would definitely stay here again."

"1st impression was wonderful. The staff really went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The location of the hotel in relation to the town was ideal. You can easily walk to any restaurant, the beach, or even the train station in about 10-15 mins depending on how fast you walk. I’d give this place 5 stars… but… it’s an older building that the plumbing hasn’t been modernized. If you’re taking a shower, and the wife flushes the toilet or turns the sink on, you will get scalded by the water heat. That really was my only complaint. It’s an older building with style… and the staff was extremely helpful, and spoke fluent English, which is nice when your a foreigner in a country trying your best to speak the language. When we return to Nice, I will book this hotel again. The hotel really goes out of thier way to ensure that thier guests get everything they need from drinks at the bar, to dinner reservations at great restaurants, and travel suggestions, it was refreshing to stay at a place that really cares. I highly recommend this hotel!"
