"I was out in Saint John NB for school and flew in my family for a week. Front desk was courteous, check in was seamless. The house keeping staff always had a smile and would make a point to wish us a good day. Breakfast had plenty of options, and area was kept clean and tidy and again staff would make a point to say hello and gave my daughter a hug goodbye on our last day. Water slide was fast the pool temperature was appropriate. The hot tub Jets were not working but the hot tub was still open and had an appropriate temperature. The location was great close to plenty of box stores and the mall. Parking felt safe as the hotel sits on a plateau and the only people in the parking lot were the people staying at the hotel. Room was classic hotel 2 queens. It had a spot for 1 suitcase to sit and another stand in closet. Room bathroom was clean and shower water pressure was strong. "
