Cute cottage

Cute quaint little 1920’s cottage. Small but very clean. There is a sign saying let the hot water run 3 to 5 minutes as the water heater isn’t right at the cottage. I did that and had no issue with warm water for my shower.

Hotel room was very clean. I found the tub to be quite slippery getting in and out of the shower…they may want to put some slip guards in. And I found the tv to be on the small side. But overall my stay was very good.

Rothesay Motel review

I loved the size of the room, the microwave and refrigerator and a great value. I also liked the ease of check-in and check-out. It was clean and had everything I needed. It's only drawback was that the bed was not as comfortable as I'd like. I would, however, stay there again.

was travelling and never met owner or any staff as I arrived at midnight and left at 8am. Room was ok, bed was comfy. No issues. Owner called and left room unlocked for us.

Because the ad said there was a kitchenette - I hoped there would be a small regular stove and a toaster - ther was neither of these - there was only a hot plate and I felt it was too dangerous to use - we spent a lot more money dining out than if we could have bought food to cook - there was already a burn spot on the kitchen table when we got there don't know if that happened when someone was using the hot plate or not and the TV had a short in it - there is a lose wire going into the plug - sometimes it would just stop playing

The room was nice, large and very clean. The location was quiet, we were able to sleep with the window open without any noise. The only thing we didn’t like was the smell of the bed sheets/pillow cases and towels/facecloths. Whether the scent was from fabric softener or laundry beads or something else but it was very strong. Please stop using the scented products. Luckily none of us have allergies or breathing issues. If we had we would not have been able to stay in the room. No scents is good sense! Than you!
