St Lo...in the burbs

Lovely young Lady named Capucine looked after us. Nice room and free parking in an industrial area of St.Lo. No WIFI and few local restaurants within walking distance. Ok for a late and reasonably priced stop over.

Everything was perfect except the beds and pillows very budget and I am not a fussy sleeper but i genuinely had a terrible sleep I have slept on airport seats and train corridors this was the worst Its a shame as they had good night staff Who even put our bikes in safe storage in their laundry room

Stayed for one night as part of cycle trip with a group. Downstairs garage for Stephanie of bikes. Located around retail area which is not ideal for centre of Saint Malo. Good sized and comfortable. Bath in room was great after a day cycling. Breakfast a little over-priced. Helpful front desk.

The hotel was a disappointment. We thought because it appeared within or close to city center, that it would actually be in the city center. Nope, more like in a strip mall / industrial area. No coffee/tea maker, and no climate control in the room.

Pas d eau chaude, pas de pression, une solution a été trouvé, aller dans une chambre de gamme inférieur jusque à côté de la réception pour se doucher (ayant un sommeil lège je suis retourné dans celle avec la gamme supérieur) A 23h30, la chambre est toujours à 15 degrés, ils n’ont pas de chauffage dans les chambres de la même gamme. Pas de prise de décision car la responsable n est pas là, je migre donc dans l’hotel d à côté et demande un remboursement le lendemain matin que la responsable me refuse. Je me suis donc retrouvé à payé deux hôtels pour dormir au chaud. Je ne recommande pas, le service client est meilleur à l’Ibis d à côté.

Des problèmes de poussières, des odeurs de tabac sur le linge de lit, pas de clim, des soucis de thermostat dans la douche, une literie qui ne m'était pas adapté... Bref je n'ai pas passer un agréable séjour.
