"It is a cozy place to stay for a vacation. The hotel staff and owner are lovely people. We booked for one night and extended for another night. If time had allowed us, we would have stayed more days there. The property felt like home. Where it is located: Cap D’ail itself , has so much to offer already. And bus stations snd train stations are close. It’s easy to go to Monaco and Nice. We will miss Hotel Normandy. "

"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. "Yes our room was in a location with excellent views. The owner of the hotel was most helpful as were all the staff. My only concern is that although my wife and I are in our eighties and still relatively fit the steep stairs could prove a challenge for some. Can’t wait for our next visit."
