From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms are gorgeous, modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with stunning ocean views and great amenities. The gym is large and well-equipped, and the pool area is absolutely beautiful — the perfect place to relax.
What really made this stay unforgettable was the staff:

- Alexis at the pool bar was so friendly and attentive, always making sure we were having a great time
- Jean Claude crafted amazing drinks and made every interaction fun
- Niobi at the Restaurant felt welcoming and inviting every time we visited
- Antonio and Shatijah at the front desk were incredible — professional, kind, and helpful
- Dane the bellhop remembered our names and greeted us with such positive energy
- Shadira, the hostess, was so warm and pleasant
- Marla, the concierge, gave us the best recommendations
The team went above and beyond to make my mom feel like a queen on her birthday — from the perfect drink to a delicious red velvet cake delivered to our room. It was such a thoughtful and special touch.
