"There was NO hot tub, the heated pool was cold, there was a sauna but it was broken. Breakfast was just ok. Our room had black mold in the shower, leaky window the rain came in and pooled up on the ac that also had mold in it. The room had water damage to the ceiling and walls. "

"Room renovations or repairs were apparently in work. Unpainted patches and wall repairs were evident. Carpet needed restoration; strong odor of odor counteractant and occasional strong whiff of maybe urine. Breakfast was very good. Check-out was efficient. Selection of facility was based on an 8.4 rating. Our room was well below 8. "

"Large stains on curtains, dirty bathroom floor and tub, a/c didn't work, bad smells in our room and throughout the hotel, pool closed for maintenance the three days we were there. The first night we stayed we called hotels.com to ask if we could cancel our third night since it was outside of the 24 hour window. The hotel said it was against policy to let anyone shorten their stay once they had checked in so we were stuck with these conditions. I am not one to leave a negative review but I was really upset with these conditions considering the 8/10 rating so I just wanted to make sure I shared more accurate information."
