"Grande suite familiale (no. 240) à 2 chambres fermées avec cuisine et salon. Propreté laissait à désirer. Très mal entretenu. Doit être complètement rénové! Les photos lors de la réservation ne correspondaient vraiment pas à ce qu'on a eu. Ça paraissait plus récent sur les photos (rénové) alors que c'était très vieillot, manque d'entretien et malpropre."

"If I had known that the rooms don’t have individual thermostats, or heating, I wouldn’t have booked. I called front desk for assistance with room heat, staff said they’d come show me, only to arrive and tell me it’s A/C only. Staff told me it was hot & summertime so heat wasn’t necessary. Outside temp was barely 40 and inside felt not much warmer. I shivered all night long. Staff member had attitude when I asked or extra blankets, they arrived with cigarette holes in them. Very over priced and out dated. Water temperature during shower would continuously fluctuate. Also, I was told check out was 12, staff woke me up at 10:20 and had me leave early. I would not recommend this place"

"L'Hotel comprend une section anciennement un Motel et une section Hotel. Le deux parties du complexe sont tres différentes en tant qu'expérience, ambiance et commodités. Il faut spécifier et s'assurer d'être dans la section Hotel si on désire un séjour plus "agréable" A noter que la piscine, le gym et le resto Pacini annexé sont tous très intéressants !!!"

"Je n'ai rien à redire au sujet de l'Auberge. Les personnes employées sont dévouées et les bains sont magnifiques. Il y a une piscine et un bain chaud à l'intérieur et trois bains avec chutes à l'extérieur. Très relaxant. Si vous cherchez un massage thérapeutique, par contre, je ne peux pas vous recommander l'Amerispa qui est logé dans l'Auberge. J'ai clairement exprimé mes besoins au massothérapeute et il les a complètement ignorées. Pour 180$/50 minutes, je m'attendais à beaucoup plus que le travail sur des petits noeuds dans le dos et le passage à répétition d'une main caressante tout le long du dos. Plutôt qu'un massage thérapeutique, j'ai reçu un massage de relaxation. Très déçue."
