"Decor a bit funeral, dated (90s? 80s? sooo brown) and dark (couldn't see a thing in the bathroom mirrors, not enough lights in the bedroom), for a house which must have been charming before renovation. The garden and the terrace retain what I presume was the original loveliness, and are appealing and pleasant enough to justify a return to the hotel. Flood lights at night in the garden, so couldn't crack open the window on that side. Spa not that great. Didn't get a facial, but massage was inept. Breakfast staff was helpful. Breakfast quality was equivalent to that of a Best Western, although that might be unfair to BW, where baguettes and croissants are usually fresh, versus stale baguettes and croissants at the Lodges. One of the two concierges was helpful, the other one was consistently grumpy and unpleasant. Dishes from the snacking menu were excellent. In summary, seems to be coasting and needs to work harder to deserve the stars and the room price."

"Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but the staff offered up a drink while the room was readied. Very nice and responsive in addressing the problem. The fire alarm went off around 7 am our first morning. Went on for a good 10 minutes. Annoying but ultimately a non-event. No explanation was given; no contact from the staff. We still don’t know what happened. The room was clean and the facility was safe. Would stay here again"

"Il a été difficile d accéder à la propriété puisque nous n avions pas reçu le code par courriel. Toutefois, une fois installé, tout était parfait et l accueil sympathique. Très confortable, bien équipé en cuisine. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter."

"I was there for business trip, location is really convenient few customers of mine are around this hotel. I appreciate the staff. They are friendly, smiling and do their best to help. This is clearly my favorite address when I am travelling to Rousset area."

"Classic small French room however big comfy beds in the double and the sofa bed. We did have to make up the double sofa bed but it was simple enough and having use of the sofa before hand was actually quite useful. Breakfast was excellent! Short walk from the hotel to bars and restraints and a lovely atmosphere. Supermarket 100m away on the corner. This was an overnight stay before flying out of Marseille Airport and worked perfectly. Had to ring to find the underground parking, however reception were incredibly helpful, especially with my lack of ability to speak very much French."

"The property was clean, and the staff was pleasant. The communication was a bit off- we booked a twin bed room but ended up with one double. The staff apologized and changed our room. The “aparthotel” concept is a bit odd, and the communication about the parking was a bit tricky- we weren’t told that there were two elevators in the garage below the hotel that only one would get you into the hotel. There was no food or drinks in the hotel, not even a vending machine so at night when we got hungry, the only option was to go out and walk about 5 mins to McDonalds. Not a big deal (we didn’t do it), but be aware there is not even a vending machine. There is water in the lobby, that’s all. The breakfast was realllllly good, in my opinion with many options. More than one would expect at this price point, very very good. Beds comfortable, room very clean, and staff nice. 4 out of 5. Location was fine. Not a super “nice” area, but felt safe enough."
