"Ideal location for Disney, bus stop is right outside the hotel. They have a free shuttle but it stops running around 11:30 and doesn’t resume until 5:30pm approx. Hotel is clean and modern but it’s only been open a few months .
On check in they tried to charge me €320 room tax on check in , even though hotels.com stated room tax was only €11 and we didn’t even pay €320 for our stay! It too a lot of arguing with them for them to realise their mistake. Also worth nothing you have to pay €150 deposit on check on too. Which wasn’t mentioned on hotels com when I booked. Make sure you budget for this as they said the system doesn’t always release it when you check so you might need to email them if you don’t have it back after 14 days!
They will give you fresh towels and extra toilet paper if you ask at reception. There is also a laundrette inside the hotel with washers and dryers .
The room was small , couldn’t move around with the sofa bed set up. We had a dishwasher, full size fridge freezer and a hob in the room. Would have been handy having a microwave like other apart hotels and maybe an oven (not sure how you can call it self catering without an oven?) . The toilet was separate to the bathroom which was handy . Bathroom lacked storage space , no shelves to put toiletries , not even inside the shower.
Our room felt freezing cold too even though it was hot outside and the AC was turned off so not sure if I’d want to stay in the winter"
