"We had a very warm welcome by the reception staff and the two resident golden retrievers, gentle and very friendly dogs. Had a short but lovely stay."
"We stayed at La Bastide Gourmande with my family for 4 nights. The new owners Antoine and Ilham have some an amazing job renovating and upgrading the hotel. They were super helpful and friendly. We will for sure return here with the family, and hopefully sometimes also only the adults, as the hotel is also a nice romantic little hideout. "
"The location is ideal for visiting St Paul de Venice on foot. The property is very beautiful, interesting architecture, large pool and stunning views. The hotel management is welcoming, discreet and attentive to every need in a particularly warm manner."

Medieval stone walls embrace art galleries where Picasso and Chagall once lingered, making this hilltop village an open-air museum. Explore the Fondation Maeght's sculpture garden, then enjoy a meal at La Colombe d'Or where artists once traded paintings for dinner.

From the moment we stepped onto the property, the calm and beauty of Toile Blanche unpacked us straight away! The welcome was so warm, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to a stunning room filled with thoughtful touches – a rattan pool bag, yoga mat, and sun hat for lounging by the 3 quiet, serene pools. Everywhere you go, the scents of nature and gorgeous views surround you.
The hotel’s art, created by the Leroy Brothers, adds a unique creative spirit to the space, and the attention to detail and cleanliness is impeccable. Both restaurants served delicious, high-quality meals, with staff happily recommending their favourites.
We also loved the 20 minute uphill walk to Saint Paul de Vence - a charming medieval town full of art, galleries, and cafes. Definitely bring water and good shoes, but it’s very worth it.
We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Such a memorable and special stay! "
"If I could give 10 stars I would. This absolute gem is nestled in a magical city on a hill. the staff were attentive to every need. The place is gorgeous, every aspect was 5 star. Highly recommend and will go back! "
"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was an easy 15-20 min walk into St Paul de Vence (not suitable for those with accessibility needs) which we found very convenient. Staff were really friendly. Rooms were lovely and clean. This was the ultimate serene hotel - the perfect base for the Cote D’azur"
"This hotel is a spectacular little getaway retreat. Just about a mile from Saint Paul de Vence, beautifully kept, warm and welcoming staff. Highly recommend!"
"The property was permanently closed and no one notified us even though we had already paid in full. We had no where to stay the night in the town and left. "
