We messaged the hotel to let them know of our late arrival and what the process was to check in and they never answered the message. Not advisable to stay at this hotel when they lock the doors at 8 pm. "

"We thought breakfast was included in our stay. When we booked with Expedia. So we were there for 3 nights and we were charged for (2x3) 6 breakfast. The hotel is across from the train station. Great location, great staff.great buffet breakfast. "

Every 15 minute an extreme noise just passing through the windows In the morning the answer from the reception was, that I should have asked for a quite room. "Wir hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind, inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Gleich bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass das Frühstück entfallen würde , da es kein Gas geben würde, obwohl ich bis jetzt nicht verstehen kann, wozu man Gas benötigt um ein paar Brötchen mit Wurst und Käse zur Verfügung zu stellen. Solche Dinge befinden sich eigentlich in einem Kühlschrank. "
