"Not a great start when the key which was apparently left in the locker for us wasn't there. All the paperwork was, but no key. Same for another guest who fortunately had better french skills to sort this out by phone with the caretaker. Rooms are old and tired. Definitely have seen nicer places around this area for a very similar price. Whole hotel has a smell of tobacco and old musty furnishings."

The receptionist told us no more. 2nd day the sausage was raw, it looked like they had been boiled, rather than fried or grilled and not enough space to accommodate everyone in the breakfast room."

"Checking in was difficult, English was not spoken at all. There was a wedding party at the property so the parking lot was full. Be prepared to carry your bags up several flights of stairs. The noise from the wedding was still going on at 2 am. The breakfast was very nice. "
