"Always a dependable hotel to stay in. Room was quite snug for the price but did the job. Always helpful staff and clean rooms."

"This was my 4th stay here and will stay again. Disappointed that there wasn't a cheaper rate for a single person. "

"The room was roomy and comfy, but there were some dusty spots on the surfaces in both the bedroom and bathroom. The cleaning staff could definitely use some more care . I was a little startled to find something curly and hairy on the bathroom counter when I checked in , but it turned out to be just an old eyelash. Additionally, the bath towels were old and stiff. On the positive side, breakfast was very good, with plenty of hot and cold, sweet and savory options to suit everyone’s preferences."

"Everything was excellent. The room was spacious, had everything we needed and had an amazing view. We were right in the centre of everything for the Bristol Great Run. We would definitely recommend this property."
