"Great communication for arrival, as it was after reception has closed simple entry to the room. Clean and comfortable stay. "

"Reception staff on both night and morning shifts were welcoming and very friendly. However, the room maintenance needs attention there were cracks in the bathroom, and the heating system felt outdated. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing, with very limited choice, poor quality, and no hot options. Barely qualifies as breakfast. The room price was reasonable."

"The room was fairly basic but clean. Dogs are allowed which was why we booked. The restaurant was ok and staff were pleasant "

"They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them."
