We enjoyed the hot tub and the relaxation room. Staff was helpful and kind. It was a bit pricey since the spa option could've been included in the room stay.

Hi Maria Luisa! Thank you for your feedback. The spa access is never included with Expedia but it is not a problem to add it once you get to the hotel. Usually just for the spa access it is 50 on weekdays for the basic spa for 4 hours but when you have a room, the price is 39 per person per day. I do understand it was pricey though because you stayed for 3 daysRegards

Not bike friendly
Do not book this place if you are arriving by bike. It’s very difficult to get to from off the trail. Nice once we got there but the staff were not so friendly. It wouldn’t take much.

Hi and thank you for bringing us to our attention. The biking company you used should lay out a better route, as we are in the mountains and accessibility is not the easiest. This has been brought to our attention, and we will advise them of an alternate option that is better but still a slight challenge. Great place, quiet and relaxing. Just be advised that when Expedia says that the spa access is included, they mean the jet bathtub not the access to all the spa facilities. Had to pay extra. That was not a nice way to start our stay. Not blaming this property, it was bad info from Expedia. Be careful.

Everything was perfect there but Expedia is misleading the clients about spa being included, which is not and its extra money to pay once you get there. Very disappointing about Expedia !!

More than we expected!
We were pleasantly surprised to see that our river view was actually a patio right off our suite nestled in the trees overlooking the River rapids. The staff was friendly and welcoming, our room was very clean, bed comfortable and the room came with a jacuzzi tub.

When you book through some websites, access to the spa is not included, so that is the reason you had to pay to have access to the spa. I hope it clears the misunderstanding. We are very sorry about that! Hope to see you again in the future. You have a good day!

Cute little spot, have stayed here multiple times. It's a quick drive out of the city. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Definitely prefer this overnight spa to the bigger, more tourist ones. Will book again

Almost perfect.
Really an amazing experience with an amazing service. Best place to relax as a couple. Only bemol, they asked us to pay for Spa access (only $39/person) eventhough it "looked" on the listing that spa access was included.

The Staff was very friendly. The heated pool closes at 9no hottubs and the Jets in the pool don't work much, no fridge in room, no tv in room. Everything closed at 9 on the site. Staff said everything closed at 9 it's bedtime. We had to get a room upgrade as room was very small, bed very old and uncomfortable and my husband is a fit guy and couldn't fit in the shower. So thank God for the upgraded room. The buffet was not what we expected. Not much choice unfortunately. Overall place was clean and staff very friendly but not the stay we were expecting.

From the moment we checked-in, we had a great experience! Monique welcomed us and explained very clearly all the services and facilities they offer. She is a very lovely and very kind lady! In regard to the property, the spa is surrounded by nature and is very peaceful. We wanted to relax and get away from the city , and that’s exactly what we got! I Recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and connect with nature.

I rarely visit a place twice, but this is the kind of place you make ritual. The hotel is small, but all you need for a relaxing few days. The hotel offers packages for fun in the area outside the hotel too, so if adventure is your thing, there’s plenty of that too. The staff is delightful. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL. and because it’s small, it has never felt overcrowded when we’ve visited (which has only been in winter). Really perfect, we love this place and will definitely be back.
