"Le problème est que le propriétaire s’entête à faire croire que le problème de débit d’eau voir même l’absence totale d’eau provient de la Guadeloupe ou tantôt de Pierre et vacances ; SAUF quand les logements juste en dessous de vous, vous entendez les douches couler !!!!! "Le gîte n’est pas bien entretenu (poignée qui tombe, porte qui ne ferme pas à clé, …) et mal équipé (bouilloire cramée, 4 chaises pour 5 pers, freezer cassé, …). Nous sommes arrivés et il manquait un drap et une serviette de bain, qu’on a dû aller chercher nous même dans le stock au bout de 2 jours, le torchon lui n’est jamais arrivé. "J’ai été à l’hôtel seulement pour 5 nuits et c’était magnifique. Le service était bien, j’ai pas dit super bien parce que certains employés n’étaient pas trop accueillant. J’avais l’impression qu’ils étaient impatients envers nos demandes. Par exemple: pour demander du café mais je disais un latté parce que c’est évident que je ne suis pas de la Guadeloupe et il fallait demandé un café au lait(qui veut dire la même chose) . Il m’a corrigé avec beaucoup d’attitude. Il s’est pas d’autres moments similaires, mais je ne vais pas m’attarder plus que ça dessus puisque le reste était super bien. Pour mieux préciser, cette situation arrive souvent au moment du déjeuner/petit déjeuner. D’autres points que j’aimerais aborder ici est l’absence d’activité pour les jeunes adultes. Je comprends très rapidement que c’est un lieu de détente/personnes adultes et proches de la retraite. Si vous cherchez une place ou qu’il y a des soirées pour les invités, il faut oublier ça. Mais si vous cherchez à vous détendre sans se faire déranger par des gens/bruits, c’est l’endroit idéal. Avoir une auto facilite beaucoup le déplacement ( stationnement gratuit et sécuritaire. Tu ne manqueras pas de place non plus.) tu vas pouvoir visiter le voisinage et je vous le conseille fortement. Il faut vraiment sortir de l’hôtel pour apprécier la Guadeloupe et l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Je tiens à souligner le service au bar et au souper, je donnerai un 10/10."

"We had an awesome time staying at La Toubana! The set up of the resort on the cliff side is very unique….. having a pool up top overlooking the sea and beach below offers the best of both worlds. They have done a great job of making each bungalow feel secluded utilizing the elevation of the cliff and foliage of the land. Bungalow 19 had a great view of a small cover and cliff side but also the southern tip of Basse-Terre in the background. This resort is on the smaller scale and more intimate, if you’re looking for busy nightlife this is not the place. At one point we had the pool to ourselves for close to 2 hours. Drinks and food are a little on the higher end compared to what can be found outside the resort. I would recommend getting a rental car to explore the islands as the resort has free parking. Overall an amazing experience and would totally recommend and even come back!"

"Attention, alors que nous croyions avoir loué un hôtel, il s'agit plutôt d'un appartement privé dans un hôtel. La prise en charge a donc été très pénible. Sinon, l'appartement (ou plutôt la grande chambre) est très bien. Propre et bien équipé. L'hôtel offre plusieurs services, mais vous n'aurez pas accès à tout si vous n'avez pas le bracelet approprié. Nous étions en basse saison, alors plusieurs restos fermés ou à heures réduites. Très chers. Presque pas d'animation. POINT FORT : Le personnel est génial. Gentil, courtois, efficace et toujours souriant POINT FAIBLE : Ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel, mais la plage est un désastre. Immensément de sargasse. Et de toute façon, la partie délimitée est peu profonde et a de gros massifs rocheux. Ne comptez pas y nager."

"A modern, well equipped and maintained villa overlooking the sea just outside the main area of Sainte Anne. The deck with a plunge pool is a focus of where you can spend your time. You need a car but with parking on site and beaches, restaurants and shops within easy reach the villa is well connected. Check in and check out went smoothly and the communication was easy. The kitchen has all you could need and the appliances are high spec. A number of the tourist sites in Basse terre are within one hours drive on good quality roads. We would recommend as a base for your holiday Guadeloupe"

"The unit was right above the bar and other entertainment common areas. It was loud till around 22:00. The hotel animator was loud and overdone. Other than that, the ocean front was very shallow on the entire beach. Good for kids. Our hosts were excellent and very helpful. The unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Choose local off site restaurants rather than the buffet."
