Julien responded by phone right after we booked and then we communicated by WhatsApp. He also arranged the car rental for us. Junior picked us up at the airport and brought us back. C'est plutôt à l'établissement de s'enquérir sur les difficultés du client, et non pas en envoyant automatiquement des Sms indiquant que l'accueil est fermé..."
