First hotel experience on saipan
The room Ian clean and tidy, housekeeping work is quite good and the operation team keeps the property in good condition. However the location is really far from town and no shuttle to the town which is really very inconvenient.

The location was in a quiet area and conveniently close for military retirees or active duty personnel to access the military minimart. A restaurant is located inside the hotel which serves favorite local and Asian food.

Stayed 3 nights, exceeded expectations.
The rooms are affordable, new, clean and comfortable, and even provide L’Occitane-branded shower gels and shampoos. The Hotel Manager is super helpful and courteous, and her philosophy of providing as much as possible to her customers at a better price is truly heartwarming to experience. The hotel is situated on Middle Road, which is a slight distance from the nearest restaurants and Garapan’s CBD (DFS is 800m away by foot), but there is a 24hr supermarket 200m away. The location is convenient for transportation as it’s on the main thoroughfare road, and very easy to access for both tour groups, or even driving and renting a car as they have parking facilities. We went to 3 different group activities during this time: A tour of the North, a day of scuba diving at Lau Lau, and a day of parasailing and snorkeling at Managaha Island, and this was an ideal location for pick-up/drop offs for group activities. Saipan had been badly affected by a typhoon prior to our stay, and the effects and remnants are still felt everywhere. As such, it’s hard to hire staff, and the restaurant and spa facilities here were both closed. The TV channels were all unavailable, but that didn’t impact us as we brought our Apple TV and streamed our favorite shows and live NBA games. The broadband did disconnect from time-to-time on our devices, but that didn’t impact our experience. It doesn’t have a lift, which is the only real inconvenience.

Awesome remodel!
Ups and downs, but mostly ups! It's geared towards the Japanese traveler, so expect limited coffee perks. For example, there were two packets of coffee and 8 packets of tea. The cups were about 5 oz big - so if you make your own Starbucks Via, for example, it's SUPER strong and there are no cream and sugar packets! There was a super cute tea set with tea pot and 6- 4oz cups on the main table. There is a mini fridge and kettle, but no microwave. No utensils either (i.e. if you're an oatmeal maker like myself, bring a spoon and bowl in your luggage). There is a microwave and what looks like restaurant cutlery and plates/bowls downstairs though. The bed and pillows were fabulous! Wish they had mounted the headboard to the wall - if the bed moves at all (it's on wheels on a solid surface!), the headboard comes away from the wall. But the headboard is pretty! The bathroom is updated and clean. The towels are quite nice. The shower is huge and clean and well-tiled. The flooring and cabinetry and sofa were great, as was the lighting. Expect a longer than normal checkout. They actually go to your room to count towels and make sure you didn't destroy the room before letting you leave. So, add 10 mins to your checkout time. Hopefully they change this policy before my next stay.

Hair on the floor
I checked in about 8:00 pm or later, when I got in the room I noticed a very nasty throw rug with lots of dog hair or human hair on it. I checked in 5 min very nasty place. I should have took pictures and post them on Fb. They offered me another room but would u stay there if u saw that crap on the floor that late at night? I’m wondering do they clean the beds?

Paradise Hotel in Saipan
Room was spacious, but needed vacuuming. Bed was very good. Shower nozzle was a hand held device and the holder made the water stream shoot too high, so made it hard to hold and shower at the same time. Staff was awesome, and the free breakfast was good for this type hotel. The cable was out on the TV so it was useless.

사이판 최악의 호텔
짱깨자본들어간 전형적인호텔 시설은 리모델링한지얼마 안되서 좋으나 청소를 안했는지 카펫에 먼지랑 머리카락이 덕지덕지 붙어있음 또 리셉션직원 중 여자중국인 직원 매우 불친절함 그리고 마지막으로 체크인할때 보증금 200불 결제하고 체크아웃할때 환불해줘야됐는데 안해준 바람에 공항 렌트카직원이 전화해서 해결해줌(이마저도 10일이후에나 환불이 된다함)

솔직하면 다쳐요?
코멘트를 하고싶은 생각이 없어요. 머무는 중에 호텔 카펫트가 지저분해서 솔직한 후기를 썼더니 뭐가 더러우냐는등 약간 실랑이가 있었어요. 바퀴벌레가 보여서 기분이 상했고 농약냄새가 무척 강해서 문을 열고 잤어요. 머무는 중에는 후기를 쓰지말길 권합니다.

사이판이 휴양지로 바다에 놀러갔다가 모래가 묻은채로 호텔로 들어갔습니다. 고객을 이렇게 혼내로 훈계하는 리셉션은 처음봤네요...민망했습니다. 서비스는 굉장히 별로였으나, 호텔관리수준은 가격대비 좋았습니다.

3일 투숙하였는데 하루 청소 해주시고나서 수건 갯수가 모자란다고 하셔서 저희가 가져가지 않았다고 했지만 주간 하우스키퍼의 인수인계 말만 믿고 수건 모자란다고 하면서 수건값으로 15달러 청구하셨어요 체크아웃 이후에 호텔 대표님께 이메일 회신 부탁드렸지만 답변도 없으시고 ㅠㅠ 이번일로 인해 사이판 자체를 두번다시 오고싶지 않네요 여기 묵으시는 분들 수건도둑으로 의심받지 않으시려면 다른곳에서 투숙하시길 추천 드립니다 다시생각해도 기분이 너무 불쾌 하네요 이 후기는 절대 거짓 아님을 다시 한번 밝힙니다

The hotel always prepare and complete the room before the guest check in. In fact, you only request one time to clean your room on Nov.17th when you stay the hotel on Nov.15-18th. It's also your final night. So the hotel remind you and give your time to find the towel before you check out. Finally, you said you can't find it. so you pay this compensation. アメニティはロクシタンで、シャワー時間もリラックスして過ごせました。ホテルに食べるところがないので、買い出しに行く必要がありますが、徒歩5分以内に複数のスーパーがあるので食事で困ることはなかったです。 フロントの人に、チェックアウトの前日に翌日は朝早いからよろしくと伝えていたのですが、７時にチェックアウトしようとしても誰もいない。扉を叩いて、15分ほどして起きてくるなど、サービスの質はいまいち。こちらはデポジットを預けているので、必ず返していただきたいので、ホテルとしてのこうした対応は非常に不快でした。

사진그대로 깔끔하고 편안하게 이용하고 갑니다. 엘리베이터가 없단말에 2층을 원했으나 만실이라 3층 배정됏어요~ 물건을 깜빡 두고와서 올라갔다가 내려가지만 않는다면 아주 나쁘지 않았습니다. 욕실도 큼지막하고 침실도 편안하고 베란다가 있어서 좋았어요.. 쇼파도 넓직해서 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다

깨끗하고 괜찮아요
다들 친절하고 좋았어요. 방음도 생각만큼 나쁘진 않았으며 화장실 배수도 잘 됐습니다. 냄새도 안남. 화장실 샤워기가 오래된 느낌 그리고 카페트가 더러움. 드라이기도 오래된것 같은데 바람 세고 머리 잘 말라요. 호텔에서 도보 오분 이내에 99슈퍼와 셜리스가 있어요. 가라판 메인도 5분이면 갑니다. 침구 깨끗하고 벌레도 없었어요. 엄청 좋아! 는 아니지만 썩 나쁘지만도 않았어요

超級開心、享受的住宿體驗
真的要特別特別感謝前台小楊的招待，她很細心、很有耐心，性格親切爽朗，給了我們很多旅遊意見，讓我們玩得特別暢快順心！酒店地理位置非常方便，開車到市中心只要三分鐘，有免費寬敞的停車場，房間裡wifi信號強，洗漱用品高級，乾淨整齊，隔音效果好，而且不接待旅行團，所以比較安靜。總之，很開心入住天堂酒店，希望有機會再去。

가라판 중심에서 5분가량 떨어져있지만 깨끗하고 편안했어요 직원들도 친절하구요 다좋은데 엘리베이터가 없어요 하지만 3층까지밖에 없어서 불편하진 않았습니다 담에 또 간다해도 다시 이 호텔을 이용할것같습니다

편안하고 쾌적한 여행이였어요! 하지만 샤워기 상태가 좋지 않았고(고장나있었지만 고쳐주지 않았음...) 호텔에서 시내까지 가는길이 포장이 되어있지 않아 매일 흙탕물을 묻히고 다니는 불편함이 있어요. 서비스나 위생상태는 좋았습니다!

저렴하지만 주위에 뭐가 없는것이 흠..
저렴하고 주위에 24시간마트가 있어서 편합니다. 그리고 깨끗합니다. 단점은 티비 채널수가 적다는거 대부분 중국 방송이라는점 샤워부스도 깔끔합니다.

파라다이스 호텔 추천!!!
가라판 시내랑도 가깝고 숙소도 너무 깔끔하고 좋았어요ㅠㅠ 사이판에 다시 간다면 또 파라다이스호텔에 묵을 예정입니다~ 엘리베이터가 없다는게 단점이긴 하지만 그래도 좋아요!!!

시내랑도 가깝고 깔끔하고 좋아요
별 기대없이 저렴한 가격이라 선택했던 숙소였는데 객실도 넓고 쾌적해서 대만족했어요! 직원분들도 매우 친절하셨고 시내까지도 걸어서 10분 정도만 가면되니 위치도 그만하면 좋은 편이었어요! 가라판에 위치한 저렴한 숙소 찾으신다면 완전추천입니다.

불친절. 냄새심함. 여기가 하수처리장인가?
최악. 1. 에어컨 고장. 그럴 수 있지. 그럼 고쳐줘야하는데 계속 켜놓으라고만 함. 2. 이미 20분 넘게 작동해도 안되는 에어컨을 15~20분 더 작동하면 될거라고 함. 엔지니어 같은 사람이 와서 리모컨만 눌렀다 눌렀다 반복. 실질적인 대책을 제시하지 못함. 룸 체인지를 요청했으나 어쩌고 저쩌고 핑계만 대면서 기다리라고만 함. 3. 섭씨 30도가 넘는 더위에 이미 방 안은 찜통같은데 '좋다. 너네가 말한 시간까지 기다려본다. 안되기만해봐라' 라는 마음으로 기다림. 1시간 가까이 기다리게 함. 바로 내려가서 나와 얘기한 사람들 다 방으로 불러옴 4. 에어컨 앞에서 "아 유 콜드?" 이러니 아무말도 못함. 그러고서는 방을 1시간이 지나서야 바꿔줌. 5. 더욱이 미안하다는 말도 없음. 그 싸가지 없는 카운터 여자는 뭐가 그리 당당한지 자기네 잘못에 미안하다는 사과도 없음. 6. 결국 바꾼 방으로 옮김. 그러나 여기도 문제 7. 일단 욕실 환풍기 작동하면 하수구에서 냄새 엄청나게 올라옴. 내가 하수처리장에 있는건가 착각할 정도로. 8. 샤워부스에서 샤워하면 워터파크에서 샤워하나 싶을정도로 배수가 안 됨. 자연스러운 족욕을 위한 시설인가 싶음. 물이 안빠지니 족욕이 자동으로 되어서 참 좋더군요 말도 안되는 숙소 직원들아. 9. 항공편 시간 때문에 리조트에서 머물다가 하루 예약해서 짐정리하고 씻고 공항가려고 예약했던건데 판단미스였음. 불친절+하수도냄새+지리적 이점도 없고(그나마 차 있으니 여기갔지..). 어찌 이런곳이 호텔이라고 불려지고, 호텔스닷컴 등에 있는지 이해가 안됨. 그냥 침대와 침구가 괜찮은 텔레비전 있는 불친절한 하수처리장이라 생각하면 됨.
