"This is actually more of an apartment-style guesthouse than a hotel. The bathroom lacked some basic toiletries, and there were no disposable slippers. The TV was quite small, and the overall cleanliness did not inspire much confidence. On the positive side, the swimming pool was very nice, and the breakfast was good. As long as you keep your expectations reasonable, you’ll get what you pay for."

"My family of four were only there for one night but the couple that own the hotel were excellent. We were made to feel right at home and given tips on accessing the park and the beach. We needed to leave for the airport early (before breakfast) and they accommodated us by making sandwiches for the road and delicious coffee. The pool and property were clean. We just wish we had more time to spend there."

"This hotel is beautiful! It feels like a VIP escape. The area by the sea is gorgeous, you can order food/drinks down to the beach and make use of the canoe. The pool area is also lovely and peaceful. The staff are super attentive. All the food we had was excellent. The only thing I would say is the choices may be limited if you are staying for longer than a couple of days. Our room was lovely, gets hot quite quickly if the air con is turned off but the bed was so comfortable! The staff even allowed us to make use of one of the rooms to watch the world cup match which was a really nice touch! The drive down to the hotel is a bit daunting as its on rubble roads for the last 1km. You are a bit cut off from anything close, but that was just what we were looking for. The hotel only has 36 guests max so never feels crowded which was amazing. Absolutely perfect, would stay again!"
