"三人と一匹でお世話になりました。チェックインにまごついて、オーナーとのやりとりも電話が繋がらず不便な思いをしましたが、なんとか自力でチェックインできました。備品のバスタオルが1人分足りませんでした。室内は清潔で最低限の備品はありましたが、スリッパと電子レンジがあると便利だと思いました。ロフトに登るハシゴが垂直すぎて高齢者には不向きだと思いました。夏休みの土日でリーズナブルな料金で予約できたのは満足です。ありがとうございました。"

"We loved this hotel. It’s amazingly close to the castle and within walking distance of a delicious Hoto Moto and 711. It’s clean, quiet, we loved the bathroom, and the AC was freezing cold. When we needed help the front desk was amazing and helped with anything we needed. We will be back!"

"We enjoyed this hotel during a brief getaway during the summer to escape the Tokyo heat. The hotel is located in a very nice location in old Karuizawa (Kyo-Karuizawa), close to many nice restaurants and little shops, while also being very quite. Rooms are very large and modern, the hotel has its own hot spring (onsen), and high speed internet is free. Very friendly staff and a large and tasty breakfast buffer. We definitely plan to visit again."
