"Desafortunadamente tocó que había una convención judía y era incómodo el salir del hotel porque decían que era una zona restringida tenía que explicar que iba a salir del hotel y la verdad más adelante volver a explicar que iba a salir en este caso fuimos al Cocodrilario y al Partenón otro día y que te digan que no puedes andar por ahí siendo la única salida pues si fue un poco incómodo porque sino quieren que uno salga por la única salida que tienen pues hagan otra "

"The music on the grass was very loud and made it hard to sleep. The only thing that was worse was a night with a wedding on the beach. At 12:00am I finally called the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Even though it was a Hyatt event."

"I traveled with two kids and my husband. Overall, we had a good time. The location is beautiful right by the beach. The beach is clean no vendors harassing you. You are just steps away from the beach. Across the street from the hotel you have little stores and restaurants. as I mentioned I traveled with kids. one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel was for the kids club. The kids club is very limited not very much activities. They only open for a couple hours. Another reason why I’m giving it three star is the lack of room service staff. The staff does not really answer the phone when you try to order and they have a charge every time you order. The choices of food at the resort were OK. The food was not bad, I just wish there was more choices. Overall, it was an ok resort. "

"This is one of my favourite lodgings. What makes this property unique is the staff, from service in recreational areas, cleaning, entertainment and restaurant service, everyone is eager to help guests. The place is clean y well kept, although facilites are older. Beach access is great, and there is also accessibility to walk to Playa Linda and visit Ixtapa Island. Amazing place and looking forward to my next stay!"
