Todo muy agradable y limpio. Muy buena ubicación. Personal amable. Parking a la vuelta del hotel. Lo que no nos gustó es que es muy ruidoso, dormimos ahi sábado a la noche y nos despertamos muchas veces con la gente que entraba y salía.

The lobby was nice, hallways were nice, rooms were presented to be clean, but had old-man armpit stench on the bed and in the bathroom; there was no wifi available in my room, and when I asked for a solution, I was told that wifi was not even reachable in my room, with a shameless grin...even though the advertisement mentioned 'free wifi'....however, aside their third-world tendencies, the staff tried to be nice in their own way...good price for the room, decent location

Camera molto grande con letti comodi. Zona tranquilla non troppo lontano dal centro monumentale (circa 700 metri,10 minuti a piedi). La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, è tutto abbastanza vecchiotto ma nulla che non funzionasse. É quasi impossibile trovare un parcheggio grstuito nei fintorni ma parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento é a 400 meyri

Habitación amplia y limpia, el hotel y el baño necesitan una reforma, cama con colchón mejorable. Ubicación buena, a 6 minutos de la Plaza Mayor. Aparcamiento gratuito en las inmediaciones del hotel. Relación calidad-precio correcta. En algunos sitios identifica al hotel como Hotel Castellanos y en otro como Urban, lo que puede generar confusión.

El hotel se halla en reparaciones, pintura y acondicionamientos de difirentes instalaciones. Sucede que se trata de un hermoso hotel que se halla en el mismo estado que hace muchos años; las habitaciones son grandes y muy cómodas así como los baños. Excelente y muy colaborador todo el personal que en todo momento trata de zanjar las dificultades que se presentan debido a los trabajos edilicios. Por otra parte informo que no teníamos Wi Fi ni funcionaba el frigobar. Tampoco funcionaba la cafetería fuera del horario del desayuno. Muy poco personal atendiendo, salvo los encargados de turno siempre atentos y muy amables.

La atención de su personal (recepción, info turística, limpieza) lo mejor de todo, súper amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Es un hotel de decoración antigua, con habitación grande y cama comodísima. Situado en una zona tranquila, cerca del centro. Además tiene garage.

HOTEL GRAN CASTELLANO CENTRO SALAMANCA

Buen hotel.Habitaciones amplias y cómodas.El aparcamiento en la zona esta dificil pego yo aparcaba al otro lado de la via que habia.El hotel tenía aparcamiento pero costaba 11€ por día.No reponen los productos de champú y gel.lo pedía en recepción.me dijeron que sólo era como bienvenida.las habitaciones están insonorizadas .tienen muchos detalles como espejos de cuerpo entero y secador y espejo con lupa para las mujeres en el baño.Estaba muy bien en general y el personal muy amable.lo recomiendo totalmente.A 10 minutos andando de la plaza mayor.

Salamanca visit

Two night stay in Salamanca. Hotel is easy to find and located outside of old city centre. Walking distance to sights, and train station, cafes abundant around. Hotel is dated but was ok for us. Room large and twin beds were comfortable. The room was hot even with window open and air fan on. Hot water ok, no fridge, but overall for us we don’t care as we are out through the day so just a bed so long as it’s clean which it was. Our only negative would be the wifi. Doesn’t work in the rooms so you have to sit on chair near lift or go to reception lounge. This is inconvenient as we like to do our forward planning together for our next day in our room without everyone listening in.
