Great, great place to stay. Only inconvenient: long stairs to the 3rd floor, but the view was worth it. The staff was helpful and kind at all times.

Foi tudo perfeito, cama confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, quarto espaçoso, não tinha ar condicionado, mas o ventilador atendeu super bem, apesar de estarmos acima da bagunça da praça, o quarto tem isolamento nas portas e não se ouve nada com as portas fechadas, escolhi este lugar para passar meu aniversário e foi simplesmente incrível, estar a noite vendo do alto a plaza mayor foi fantástico. Ficamos no segundo andar, com dois lances de escada, super tranquilo, o estacionamento fica bem perto a recepcionista nos levou até lá, nos orientou sobre o funcionamento as chaves, foi ótimo. Adorei a estadia e ficaria aqui novamente com certeza

A vista do Hotel é incrivel com toda a Plaza na nossa sacada, so isso ja vale muito a estada. Mas nao é suite, e estão tem que lembrar que vai dividir o uso do WC com hospedes desconhecidos. No mais se voce nao se importar com isso, vai na fé que vao adorar.

The hotel has a great location but that’s all it has for it. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The sheets had blood stains on it. The beds are full of bed bugs and my daughters got hundreds of bites all over her body. It is extremely hot with only time fans offered. There is a reason it is cheaper than all the other hotels. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

I was greeted by the two gentlemen Miguel and David. I was given a tour map and suggested to places. I loved that it was right on the Plaza Mayor and very clean space. I would come back to this place.

Llave no funciono bien ni anumera las las puertas, lo vontrario de las fotos de la pagina . las chapas de la habitacion no aseguran,aguda de ducha irregualble... frioo orrible las ventanas no son antiruidos por esa razon no se puede dormir bien por todo el ruido que se escucha ,

Wonderful view and accessibility.Nice people at desk but only there a few hours a day.It is also a hotel for the young and fit as there are 60 steps to get to room and there is no lift.Pray your luggage is light and small.

We had trouble finding the parking lot. The wonderful host came out and helped us find our way in the pouring rain. Then, he gave us two rooms for the price of one when he saw how much junk we brought with us on our family trip to see our daughter. Can't say enough about the hospitality. Being right in the center of it all was really cool. But, understand the noise that comes with being right in the center of town. Great spot.

L emplacement est comme décrit c est à dire sur la plazza. On ne peut rêver mieux. Le parking coute 20€ pour 24h ce qui est cher mais il est à moins de 5 min de l hotel. La chambre étant au 3eme sans ascenseur, il y a des escaliers raides et peu larges. Merci pour l accueil et la présentation de la ville qui s est révélée très utile

Great location...but!

I have used this hotel in the past due to great location. Bad point is great location as almost impossible to find as it confuses every GPS. Parking is a nightmare, even for tight fisted motorcycle riders. Official check in time of 1830 is a joke.....I did get an email the day I left giving the option to check in early. Phone is not covered 24 hours so if you arrive with your bags early....bad luck! Knowing all this crap.....I would definitely come again.

Méfiance totale, je suis échoeuré.

L'offre présentait une chambre avec un lit 2 pers. et 2 lits 1 pers. En arrivant sur place il y avait effectivement les 3 lits les uns à côté des autre mais, la salle de bain et la toilette étaient communes avec d'autres clients. Cette information (sur la salle de bain et toilettes communes) n'apparaît qu'après avoir confirmé la réservation. Comme j'avais fait la réservation via mon Smartphone, je ne disposais pas d'imprimante. J'ai eu la possibilité de choisir une chambre avec salle de douche (minuscule) mais avec seulement 3 lits d'une personne. Nous avons dormis à 4 dans 3 lits d'une personne.

Bonne affaire en plein centre. Pas d’ascenseur

Hébergement pas cher sur la Plaza Mayor. Heures d’arrivée restreintes. Assez confortablement. Hôte accueillant et parlant bien français. A l’étage sans ascenseur.

O hotel fica no coração de Salamanca e nós atendeu muito bem. Álvaro e Miguel são muito receptivos e atenciosos. A limpeza é impecável e o preço excelente!
