"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are fantastic and so is the pool. The food and service is first class: special mention for Kasuga, Velecia, Aditi and Meenashi. The area around the hotel is great for gifts and restaurants. We had an issue for a couple of days with the noise levels from a large wedding being hosted at the hotel which impacted on the public spaces. However, the hotel responded quickly and well when we raised our concerns. "

"This is an amazing hotel. We booked a villa with private pool and it was well worth the upgrade. On a whole the stay was wonderful apart from a few minor points: 1. The staff at the Lobster Village are absolutely miserable. Every else they are fantastic but the team at the Lobster Village are amongst the most unhappy I have ever come across. 2. "Lovely hotel in a quiet location with limited choice of local amenities in the surrounding area. Great use of the local transfer to the the beach Joecons restaurant. Food excellent with a wide choice at breakfast and also at dinner. Pity limited sunbeds at the pool. Great service from the reception manager Vincent and team who was very accommodating. Cleaning staff who cleaned our room was also accommodating when we requested little extras. "

"This was just what I needed for my birthday. I loved this hotel so much, I extended my stay. The food is excellent and I recommend the buffet packages. Local cuisine like fish curry and ross omelette and chicken shatuthi are a must. The pool is heated and very pleasant. Poolside bar is very good. Restaurant is amazing.
