"The pool was cold. The hot tub was great. Stingy with checkout time. Continental breakfast was ok. The resort is beautifully decorated with plants and trees galore. Front desk/lady was slow and cumbersome by having guest fill out a registration form. And about 5 guests ahead of us and no backup help ..."
