"The most amazing service I have had at any hotel in the World! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the owners. The hotel is beautiful and the service literally could not have been better. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we had booked longer. The rooms are beautiful, the food and drinks were delicious and the pool area is the perfect place to relax. If you are in the area, you must choose this hotel! You will not find more hospitable owners anywhere else in Italy "

They did an amazing job in this unique architecture and the Palais is located but few meters away from a charming square with restaurants with contemporary yet local menus (Murusanza and Foscolo). Be mindful of the narrow streets and difficult accessibility though."

Le rez-de-chaussée date du milieu du 18eme siècle, l'étage a été construit au milieu du 19eme. Chambres et salle commune très spacieuses, très hautes de plafond, avec des décorations (peintures) qui vous plongent dans l'époque. Petite piscine très agréable. "I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."
